RATE STRUCTURE

Project work and unscheduled rush projects

Project work is broken down into two categories:

• Fixed-fee projects - half of the fee is due at the outset of the project with the remainder due 30 days from the start of the project or midway through the project, whichever comes first.
• Fixed-fee projects for a pre-determined number of project hours - half of the fee is due at the outset of the project with the remainder due 30 days from the start of the project or midway through the project, whichever comes first.
• Hours above the pre-determined number of project hours will be billed in 30-day increments in advance at an agreed upon hourly rate.

 Retainer work

Retainer work is ongoing public relations performed monthly. The monthly retainer fee is scaled at a much lower rate than project work and is based on the hours retained.  A retainer allows clients up to a given number of worked hours per month in exchange for a flat hourly rate.
Retainer fees are paid by the tenth of the month. If payment is not received, work is immediately discontinued until full payment is made.
Client-approved hours worked that are above the monthly retainer hours are billed at the lower retainer rate and are billed on the following month.
